When it’s eventually time to replace your system, we apply the credit directly to your estimate.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do my tune-ups happen?
Twice a year: a cooling tune-up in the spring before the heat sets in, and a heating tune-up in the fall before the first cold snap. You don’t have to remember a thing. We’ll reach out when it’s time to get you on the schedule.
What’s the difference between Comfort and Whole-Home?
Comfort takes care of your heating and cooling: both seasonal tune-ups, no trip fees, priority scheduling, and 10% off repairs. Whole-Home adds a yearly plumbing check and a yearly electrical safety check, bumps your repair savings to 15%, and builds your new-system credit twice as fast.
How does the credit toward a new system work?
Every full year you’re a member, you earn credit toward a new heating or cooling system installed by Putnam: $50 a year on Comfort (up to $500) and $100 a year on Whole-Home (up to $1,000). When the day comes that your system needs replacing, we take it right off your estimate, so your loyalty actually pays you back. Credit requires continuous membership, has no cash value, and starts over after it’s used.
How do I sign up and pay?
Fill out the short form on this page or call us at (931) 559-7823. Someone from our office will call you back, usually the same business day, to confirm your plan and set up billing over the phone. We never ask for card information through the website.
Should I pay monthly or yearly?
Whichever is easier for you. Comfort is $18 a month or $199 a year, and Whole-Home is $27 a month or $299 a year. Paying yearly saves you $17 on Comfort and $25 on Whole-Home.
Does the repair discount cover parts and labor?
Yes. Your 10% or 15% comes off both the parts and the labor on any repair. It doesn’t apply to a brand-new system install, which is what your system credit is for.
What if I have more than one heating or cooling system?
Just tell us how many you have on the form. When we call, we’ll walk you through the price for your home before anything is set up.
